For this project I had to follow a subject for a whole semester taking photos of a unique job or hobby they had. I chose Tyler Gaspers who is a Mechanical Engineer at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Tyler is a part of the UNL Motorsports Club, and is in charge of creating and installing the brakes for the Motorsports Club’s formula car. As I followed Tyler throughout the semester I wanted to get good shots of him doing labored work, but also him doing work on his computer and the 3D printers that he used for parts. I tried to get a good blend of working shots and also detail shots. The equipment that I used for this project was a Canon 5D Mark 4, and a Sony Z90 Video camera. I used Adobe Premier Pro and Photoshop to edit the photos and multimedia project.
